  • Basic installation, configuration and trouble shooting computer hardware, software and networking
    systems by performing the following duties:
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues. Installing, upgrading, configuring, monitoring and
    maintaining printers, phones, wiring, backup, firmware, software, hardware and security.
  • Provide technical support as needed. Initial point of contact for all system related concerns. Assist in
    JavaScript, WordPress, PHP, CSS, database, programming and application development software.
  • To perform this job successfully, applicant must be self-motivated, pay strong attention to detail and
    problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgment while multi-tasking. Hands-
    on experience with Windows/Linux environments.
